Ilene Frank is a reference librarian at Hillsborough Community College (Florida). Frank also teaches online graduate and undergraduate courses for the University of Maryland Global Campus' Masters in Distance Education.
Since 2010, Frank has been volunteer Director of Library Services for University of the People, an accredited, global, tuition-free, online university (2010 to date).
