Dr. Lynn Koller is an associate professor of communication in the Humanities and Communication Department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She holds a PhD in Texts and Technology, an interdisciplinary doctoral program at the University of Central Florida. She also earned an MA in Creative Writing and a BA in Liberal Studies from UCF. Her growing interest in the visual arts led her to serve on ERAU’s Arts & Letters Committee.
Her research spans a wide range of topics, including medical imaging, artificial intelligence, social media, digital text communication in interpersonal relationships, visual design, crime and technology, jail culture, the psychology of adult recreational tennis, and how mobile phones are disrupting the cosmos. She is also the author of “Why You Should Play Tennis & Other Ruminations,” an essay that blends personal insight with cultural commentary.
